Pentridge redevelopment

Construction Engineering is undertaking the construction of the redevelopment of the iconic Pentridge Jail redevelopment in Coburg, Victoria. The project entails the construction and redevelopment of the site including a shopping centre and cinema, apartments and hotel.

Current projects

Commencing in March 2025, Construction Engineering has been awarded the next stage of the Pentridge redevelopment being the Cascade Towers. These comprise 248 high end apartments overlooking a tranquil landscaped area.
This contract also includes the restoration of the existing Heritage listed bluestone wall and parts of Division A cell block.
